Carrubba's Chicken Pit
Western New York's #1 destination for catering, fundraisers & corporate events.
Our Story
Rooted in Depew, Built by the Community
What started in 2020 with a pop-up, a lot of hard work, and a whole lot of good food has grown into something pretty amazing!
We started out serving up our food at pop-ups, fundraisers, and catering events — and you guys kept showing up hungry! Your support helped us grow faster than we ever imagined, eventually leading us to open our Depew brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2023.
Today, we're proud to call ourselves the home of the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich — and if you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?!
We've also had the honor of being named Taste of Buffalo winners in 2024 for Rookie of the Year AND 2025 for Best Veteran Restaurant. Two years, two wins, and a whole lot of happy taste buds!
From a little pop-up business to an award-winning restaurant, we couldn't have done it without our amazing customers and community. Thank you for eating with us, cheering us on, and being part of our story!
Come hungry, leave happy and let us do the cooking!

“I never order barbecue chicken or ribs out since I never found any that I liked, however I tried Carubbas recently after my nail tech across the street recommended it. Their barbecue chicken & ribs are delicious! My husband who makes ribs to die for has had me ordering g once a week for several weeks now and I have been recommending it to my family, and friends🫶🏼”
